Kaufmannsschule I, Hagen, Germany

Since 1891, Kaufmannsschule I (School of Business Administration and Economics) in Hagen has been equipping students with competences, skills and resources they need to become successful professionals. Today we offer eighteen dual vocational programs to approximately 2,000 students along with plenty of opportunities for on the job-training in occupations: such as e-commerce and bank clerks, logistics operators, industrial clerks, office management assistants, medical and dental assistants etc. Our programs combine theoretical as well as practical elements which gives our students a head start when entering the job market. We also successfully prepare students for the vocational trainings within the full-time preparation training programs.

Our students are supported by the teachers who highly believe in co–operation and integration. They closely work with the Local Chamber of Commerce, with local industries, different universities and such authorities as the Job Agency located in the city of Hagen. This city on the south-eastern part of the Ruhr area is a significant trade city in Germany because it is home of steel, textile, paper industries etc. This all leads to a vocational school with high transfer rates and many successfully achieved educational degrees.

Furthermore, we offer additional English language courses to our students who would like to be competitive specialists worldwide.
